At Standard Medical Staffing, we pride ourselves on providing competent, credentialed candidates for each of our clients. In order to accomplish this, we conduct a comprehensive application process to ensure that each member of our staff meets the highest possible standard. If a potential applicant falls below our pre-established standard, he/she will not be hired/retained as an employee of Standard Medical Staffing.
The Screening process includes:
- Skills self assessment inventory
- Competency testing in area of clinical specialty
- Mandatory annual education testing
- License verification
- Current valid certifications such as CPR ACLS PALS
- Pre-employment urine drug screen
- Criminal background check
- Annual physical examination
- Two recent clinical references
