In order to accomplish this, we conduct a comprehensive application process to ensure that each member of our staff meets the highest possible standard. If a potential applicant falls below our pre-established standard, he/she will not be hired/retained as an employee of Standard Medical Staffing.

The Screening process includes:

• Skills self assessment inventory
• Competency testing in area of clinical specialty
• Mandatory annual education testing
• License verification
• Current valid certifications such as CPR ACLS PALS
• Pre-employment urine drug screen
• Criminal background check
• Annual physical examination
• Two recent clinical references
